Epic gives you a lot of free reign and responsibility out of the gate. The campus is wonderful and most of the people that work there are driven and fun.

They encourage a lot of feedback, which generally is awesome, but it seems to fly around a little too quickly. There is a lot of turnover and people there are pretty young, so sometimes it feels like there is a lack of solid leadership
