Company values people not positions, very involved and visible upper management, open door policy at all levels, lots of long term employees

Growing pains that come with rapid growth. Some mediocre performers are allowed to slide for too long as company is reluctant to let anyone go, even those who are not a good fit. (Management is almost too nice) Not much upward mobility unless you are in entry level position

Casual dress, generally nice co workers, decent benefits, managers are allowed to have their own managements style, free soft drinks in the kitchen.

Location of the office isn't very convenient, cube farm environment can get loud at times, some of the middle managers can be difficult to work with.
