As a Solution Engineer, the role itself is intellectually engaging — sitting at the intersection of technical depth and business context — and the company provides adequate resources and enablement to perform it well. What stands out most, however, is the accessibility of both peers and leadership. Communication across levels is straightforward and responsive. Reaching out to senior managers or colleagues in other teams has consistently yielded timely, substantive replies. Collaboration feels genuine rather than performative, and the overall team dynamic is one of the stronger aspects of the experience.

- It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
