Great people. I've worked for this company for a very long time and can say the best part of my day is coming into the office and working with great people. That's about where it stops. I don't mean to come across bitter, I'm not, I just remember how great this company used to be and it saddens me to think that it will never be that great again.

Salary has never been competitive, management is kludgy, processes are frustrating and there is no clear career path for anyone or mentoring to go along with it. I realize there are pains that happen when companies merge but that was years ago and it has never bounced back to its former glory. It's very sad talking to existing customers that you've worked with for years and the general comment they make is, "when did you guys stop caring".
