High volume, call centre approach to finding leads. Maybe works for B2C but not Enterprise Software. Because of this, rushed and unqualified leads passed to field team, resulting in poor sales and general negative criticism towards the team. Worst commission plan I have seen for a inside sales software role and no career progression.
