I had the absolute pleasure of working with the best boss you could ever have in your life! Joe from the Central US team was an absolute amazing leader, very kind, and had your back. I had a team that strived to help you and I was able to work with some of the best Epicor/IT specialists I've ever worked with the guys where pretty solid. People would stay from their 20s-60s these guys where the pros, the knowledge I obtained from them was impeccable they wanted to see you succeed.

The only complaint I have is the work overload, its a proprietary system so you really have to learn what you are doing in order to succeed. Upper management man, not my boss, but upper management, Super, super greedy. The pay was not up to par, they lack on salary and this is how companies end up being a billion dollar company, they don't pay fairly, And i'm sorry to say, you guys need to fix that, working at that challenging of a level, it was VERY unfair. I only stayed because I had a great boss and team.

It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. - It is easy to fade into the background if you don't have a center-stage role, you need to step up to make yourself visible; otherwise, you're at risk of career and reward stagnation - Like most companies, cost and timing are major contributing factors when deciding on the tools leadership make generally available to individual contributors - you're bound to be disappointed if you expect to have the latest and greatest of everything without first providing a value proposition to a senior leader. Be ready to invest personal time building use cases and gathering data to make strong cases for solutions you think will add value to your team and have a positive impact on the organizational strategy
