The organization is led by strong and approachable leadership who genuinely care about employee development and success. Leaders are visible, transparent in communication, and open to feedback, which helps build a sense of trust and direction. There are also a variety of supportive services and resources available to staff, including professional development opportunities, wellness programs, and access to tools that make day-to-day work more manageable.

Despite visible efforts from leadership to improve things, the organization continues to suffer from a deeply ingrained toxic culture. While there are initiatives and messaging around change, the day-to-day reality tells a different story. Employees often face favoritism, poor communication, and a lack of psychological safety, which makes it difficult to trust that the culture is genuinely shifting. There are talented people here, and the potential for growth exists, but the environment undermines collaboration and morale. Many issues seem to be brushed under the rug instead of addressed directly, leaving employees feeling unheard and undervalued.
