• True Remote Work • Compensation is pretty good, with merit increases each year (has been around 2-5%) which a lot of places don't have. Occasional bonuses in some departments, consistent bonuses in others • Despite the insurance not being perfect, it is better than most other workplace insurances I have had in the past • Overtime pay • Good team relationships under some management • A lot of work going into Diversity & Inclusion and there are some programs helping those in need • The outlook of the business is good, competitor wise. • There are a bunch of departments to move within, and if you are liked, you will succeed.

• There is a preference to work overtime all the time in most departments, and there is a lot of burnout • If you aren't lucky to get under a good manager, your life will be a living hell • Interdepartmental conflicts w/ little to no communication between them to actually iron out half the issues - this involved complete position eliminations that didn't make much sense except to "save money" - some departments just kinda hate eachother. • Some upper management out of touch • Numerous layoffs - a lot of times people will be told "their position is eliminated" rather than that they were let go due to their work quality which isn't super helpful for growth • Annual reviews aren't beneficial since generally nothing comes out of them when it comes to constructiveness. Yes, it can play into your merit benefit but half the time people who end up being laid off due to performance got "meets expectations" which isn't super helpful to letting those people know how they were really doing. • HR is a joke when it comes to reporting actual issues w/ mgrs. There is an emphasis on "coaching" but nothing actually happens and you're gaslit into thinking you're the problem. • There is upward movement, however it entirely depends on how well you've sucked up to people. There's a lot of failure to see who is actually doing the work. • Too much emphasis is given to doing work that is billable - people are penalized for not getting their billable hour percentages, but then when people don't have billable work, they aren't properly farmed to do work that is helpful without being billable • Only 5 days sick time yet some locations (IE Seattle) get 10 days when people work remote - this is UNFAIR - need universal sick time, not location based. No programs where people can donate sick time. Not enough PTO. No mental health days/personal days.
