The time-off policies are okay. However, there are several client holidays that are unpaid from Epitec. I've had over two weeks of unpaid time-off due to the lack of alignment between Epitec and the site I'm at. The benefits significantly changed within three months of me joining the company resulting in my deductible increasing from $500 to $2500.
