Ceo promised there would be minimal cuts since the takeover and that we would be expanding our workforce. We ended up cutting it in half. If you are in sales, the only way to keep your job is if you are an attractive woman or you're a relative or friend of a director or the ceo. Almost every acquisition they have made has been a disaster. They chase the speculative and forget to finish the basic features on their platform, which doesnt even work most of the time - embarrassment of a company.

Coworkers are nice and social, as long as you’re liked by upper management you will probably have a decent time

Management in this company is probably the most unserious I’ve ever seen in my career. Certain managers exist purely to micro manage their employees, have no opinions of their own and seem to only work here to satisfy the exec committee. Feedback isn’t taken on board at all, employee wellbeing is not cared about, salary increases are non existent and everyone is expected to be overworked with no resources to help. People are also being let go left right and centre, AI usage is being pushed on everyone and you’re threatened with being fired if you don’t comply, and everyone is toxic.
