7yThank you for your feedback and the opportunity to respond. We regret that your experience with Equian was not what you had envisioned. While setting and achieving goals are standard and necessary actions across our enterprise, we also place a great deal of value on our associates’ employment experiences and their personal/professional development. Unfortunately, there are circumstances that will occur that results in corrective action, up to and including termination, but the same can be said of any organization. There are teams available within the organization, such as interdepartmental leadership teams, the HR department and the Employment Assistance Program, to assist associates who are dealing with a number of issues, including conflict with members of management. We always encourage open and honest dialog without fear of retribution.
