Great culture, but a large company

Downside of a large company, hard to move around

Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
