Bunch of small rewarding treats for employees 4. Encouraged and indirectly rewarded charitable activities 5. Sufficient amount of modern technology, yet a large part of legacy is under the carpet. 6. Very competent staff from top to bottom 7. A number of impressive and very competitive products on offer

1. Over-sized conflicting ego's 2. Ruthless management (quoting previous review - fiefdom) 3. Extremely limited freedom of speech even in private 4. "Big corporation" propaganda mixed with "happy family" indoctrination 5. Uncertainty in the future 6. Obvious ceiling for professional growth, learning and development even for the reason of company size. 7. Disproportional, unclear, highly fluid org chart 8. Misleading impression of minimal turnover 9. Well-established social clustering and segregation 10. Excessive attention to outward appearance and reputation
