9yI share your sentiments about Steve (Smith). He is an exceptional leader who inspires people, fosters innovation and drives execution. He expects the same from his executive leadership team and as such we all strive hard to engender trust and positive energy within our teams to keep doing great things for our customers and for the company. There is no room for bullying at Equinix. It is counter to every one of our values and operating agreements and is not tolerated at any level. I believe we continuously work hard on cultivating an environment built on openness and trust therefore should employees feels like they are being subjected to behaviors that do not reflect Equinix’ culture and values I personally encourage them to come forward and speak up without the fear of retaliation, which is also not tolerated. We treat the safety and well-being of our employees very seriously.
We are passionate about the company and want it to be a place where employees can feel a sense of purpose and belonging. It’s a team effort and we all have a role to play in building and sustaining an extraordinary place to work.
