Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am happy to hear you speak so highly of your colleagues, but—obviously—disappointed (and pained) to hear you express so much unhappiness with your experience in the Marketing organization. As “keep growing” is a value that means a lot to us at Equinix and me personally, it is especially hard to hear that you feel advancement is out of reach for certain positions. A significant percentage of our current employees received internal promotions through our annual cycle this year. In addition, the company overall began rolling out the Career Pathways program this year in order to deliver global consistency for career development, create multiple career paths for employee growth, and give tools for employees and managers to have meaningful career development conversations. We are currently in the process of bringing this framework to the Marketing organization to supplement our own departmental program called “Marketing on the Move,” that supports team members who might be interested in trying something new.
