      I've had the opportunity to grow within the organisation from a junior management position to senior leadership. The team I work with is highly skilled, experienced and incredibly loyal - we work exceptionally well together, especially when delivering on key objectives. There is a strong culture of professionalism and dedication and the expertise within the business is second to none. The organisation is progressive and forward looking, with a clear growth agenda and strong focus on continuous improvement. There's a real drive to evolve and adapt which makes it an exciting place to work. Salary benchmarking is undertaken which gives comfort that packages are aligned to the market.

      Internal communication can sometimes fall short, as in any organisation, particularly when it comes to alignment and understanding across departments and jurisdictions. I don't believe this is intentional (more liekly a by-product of of trying to limit distractions) but it can lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunity for collaboration. Improving cross-functional communication and fostering more collaboration would make a meaningful difference.

      As with any growing organisation, workloads can be busy at times however, employees are encouraged to have open conversations with their line managers, and the necessary support and tools are readily provided. Management maintains an open‑door policy and is approachable and supportive.
