If you're not onsite at a client's office, you'll be spending a lot of time on video/phone calls for meetings. - Being an Atlassian Platinum Partner, our client work typically consists of migrations/consolidations/upgrades of Atlassian instances or client support.

Being a small team has its advantages and disadvantages. I joined at a time where revenue was stable, but little things have been detrimental to morale and team stability. Notable lowlights include: - The payroll system we were previously on was terrible. To be fair, our new payroll system is 1000 times better. - Documentation on procedures have been a bit scattered, so anyone new to client engagements would be learning on the fly. - Get-togethers between employees is few and far-between unless 2 or more are assigned at an onsite client.
