Expect long hours while you learn to do recordkeeping and support work on your own while trying to meet goals that make sense for someone with a few years of prior experience, staff to help with paperwork and recordkeeping, and a decent lead funnel. You may not get any of these depending on branch and territory but you will still have a performance goal to keep your base pay and benefits that feels absurd to the new entrants they primarily target for recruitment.
