Great training program from the San Diego branch. This could be largely a function of the management at that particular location as I noticed that many other consultants from throughout the country were much less educated and savy when conversing with them at conventions and training functions. Good suite of products to offer.

The neccesity to sell a minimum amount of proprietary products in order to "validate", have your expenses covered, made it difficult to offer truly unbiased recommendations all the time. However, this is the case at most if not all large insurance/investment outfits.
