Badly organized; management seems to have personal preferences.

Many trainning opportunities. Company really cares for employees and making them feel important and heard.

I worked here as COVID hit, lived throught the stansition to working from home 100% which affected me hard. We were an organization based on international cooperation and so travel and oppenness to the world was a big part. When everything stopped it became hard for me to find myself in the work.
