Patient population Making a difference for LGBTQ, black/brown and other POC; most have been mistreated or under treated in the past Great pharmacy staff at all locations Pretty good pay/benefits but not worth the stress/your health

-Leadership. Bullying. No trust from staff. —Start new processes without appropriate planning. Disorganized. Opening more medical centers and the current ones aren’t functioning well. Crazy. Staff not appropriately supported when a patient makes threats, uses racial slur, and verbal harassment/gay bashing. Overall leadership toxicity Payment was made to some to prior staff that are no longer with the staff over a period of time while reporting financial strains then opening new medical centers.
