Good, friendly atmosphere to work in. Happy to offer work / home balance. The company knows where it wants to be and has ideas on how to get there.

Some teams can actively work against projects being completed by other teams. The keeness to reach business targets can be taken a little too far; no tea and coffee to save money. New systems are not as good as they could have been.
