-Toxic and/or lazy leadership especially in Asset Management, Operations, IT, and HR -Office Hybrid schedule is not really hybrid - very much butts in seats 4 days a week 8 hours a day with minimal flexibility -Low trust in HR especially leadership team -Would rather micro manage than let employees take lead -Most leaders are not receptive to feedback -Stop promoting the same people and bad leaders/managers -Awful healthcare and poor benefits
