The environment is fast-paced and works best for people who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing priorities independently, but there is also a strong sense of teamwork and support across departments. I’ve had the chance to work with talented coworkers, build meaningful client relationships, and develop skills that I likely would not have gained as quickly in a more traditional environment. One of the biggest positives for me has been the flexibility and growth potential. If you are someone who likes variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants an environment where initiative is valued, this can be a very rewarding place to work.
