It's refreshing to have management be transparent about goals and challenges. -Continued product development: Company is constantly updating the product. Clients get the best in the industry. Also exciting to see updates that make configuration easier for internal teams. -Benefits are great! I've never had so much PTO accrue so quickly. Company values work/life balance. -Team building: Despite Covid-19 keeping everyone away from the office, Dallas office has continued monthly happy hour (remote) and Friday coffee breaks. Team members are always quick to help out if needed. -Dedicated to becoming better: Departments set annual initiatives to improve. Sign up is optional but they really give you a chance to make a difference and contribute where you are best suited.
