compensation is good, getting better, leadership is upbeat, moving in positive direction, training is decent.

what I did consider cons have gotten better. more benefits, more PTO, work from home policy. Company does a good job giving back to community.

Great co-workers. Most work well together and will help out in any way. Fun atomosphere. Ability to sell your own way - although many tips and advice are given for guidance. Small company - feels like family. Will miss working for Erbs!

No room for growth. Quotas set to high to reach. Lots of cold calling with self-made lists via google (no hoovers released to sales department, yet). Compensation is low. My position was marketed differently than what it became. Low morale in sales department.
