It is been a pleasure getting to work at Ergeon. A very proactive, ambitious, dedicated and broad minded environment - company. Ergeon invests extremely in all areas of growth and opportunity for ALL members of every department. Everyone's enthusiastic about their own work which is infectious! A pretty energetic and broad minded - ecosystem, that cuts the edge of leadership, motivation, multicultural crew, it's inclusive with all nationalities, races, gender, sexual orientation, and cultural cuisine. They also promote professional growth! They have accessible schedules, and all team members are loyal, insightful and independent. "Always do right for the Customer". That's Ergeon's way. My managers are dedicated and goal oriented strategist who value every single player in the team. Ergeon makes the impossible possible!

Management changes with sales commissions have been altered which has brought a bit more stress and worried to a few of my teammates (including myself). The payment slip is still not very clear. Escalations on delivery side sometimes are unfair and this brings the commissions down even more.

Something I love about Ergeon is that they invest in their employees abilities rather than their impact on they have on the team. This means they will help either mold you into into the position you are working for or they will help you find another place that helps you grow even more.

Something I’ve always struggled with at Ergeon is the reality that we’re a startup and we operate very lean. Joining the company as a teenager and spending all of my twenties here has meant making real sacrifices—especially around finances. There were a lot of things my friends were able to do, like travel or enjoy certain experiences, that I simply couldn’t afford at the time. I know it’s different for people working in other countries or in different circumstances, but for someone living in the U.S., it hasn’t always been easy. Still, I’ve stayed because I believe in what we’re building and the long-term vision, even if the path hasn’t always been comfortable.

Very focused on AI integration to improve organizational performance, but the customer experience seems to come second to this. Very driven by the sales targets and can cause pressure to perform. Commission for sales is on the very low end.
