4yThank you for this detailed review of Erickson, we greatly appreciate any and all feedback from past and current employees, and want to recognize a few pieces you have noted.
First, we’d like to thank you for the perspective you have provided on our mission and communication abilities internally. We take great pride as an organization to stay in touch with our employees, as well as make them feel recognized and valued as an employee of Erickson.
Secondly, we understand your frustration for the lack of transparency and low morale and we want to ensure that we are working diligently to revive these processes as a team to better equip our employees to feel confident in their employment at Erickson. While COVID-19 has brought unforeseen difficulties for our company, we do see a lot of opportunity for success in the future for Erickson. We hope to have company-wide meetings, in person with our employees, as restrictions have lifted recently, and we feel these events will provide opportunities to ask questions and voice concerns so all employees feel heard.
As Erickson continues to grow and lead this industry, we hope our employees, past and present, will see the positive changes and want to continue to support our mission and goals.
