- Salary is ridiculously low for IT standards in Ireland - Benefits are basically just Health Insurance - There is almost no salary progression after some years and they don't do bonuses for devs, just for the manager roles, which to me leaves no incentive for the employees to keep improving or to even staying there - 3 days in the office based in Athlone (since they implemented this a bunch of folks left) - Hierarchical culture of praising the managers or CEO even when they are being unreasonable or unethical - Bullying your colleagues is pretty normalized or at least it was in my team (not sure if I just got unlucky, but I saw this happening to others outside of team too) - You are asked to always perform better, even if you are given no reassurance, no sort of reward, not even basic tools to do your job, the company preaches this "raising the standard" idea that can be very burn out inducing.
