Ericsson currently leads with respect in market share in many areas so there are many opportunities for those who are able and willing to work and learn. Building contacts across the Globe is easy. Ericsson has a policy that allows transfers or hiring between its many units across the Globe. There are no restrictions. Swedish management culture mostly respects cultural differences across the many offices.

Largely staffed by incompetent management in many places. FAT, Lethargic and Slow are the words. No real systems integration capabilities.
