SW Developer Engineer - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Ericsson

I feel I lost 6 and half years of my life working for this company. Almost no possibility to develop my professional skills. Big work load. Bad company culture. Lots of futile stress. Bad work/life balance. Bad gain/loss ratio. Big chances to burn out in a few years. Besides, management is burried into vanity: after more than 20 years of working only or mostly for this company they think they are the best because they have no base of comparison. I would not recommend this company even to my enemies. I never wish to come back.
