1. NO personal growth. 2. Lowest salary package in the industry. 3. Irresponsible Management and Non-cooperative HRs 4. No Job Security as the Company is in grave loss from past 3 years. It has lost its merger with Sony and ST Microelectronics and LG-Ericsson is in loss. People at all levels are getting fired. If you are a fresher, don't expect a joining before the next session. 5. Paid transportation facility. 6. No gym, recreation,fun activities
