Ericsson is a solid company with worldwide located offices. Having had the opportunity to visit most of those offices worlwide, I had the possibility to experience many different kind of WoW. Everywhere I went I found structured processes guiding the activities and projects, training plans, career paths and welcoming offices (people and premises). Ericsson gives a wide range of career development opportunities, it's much up to the employee to catch them!

IN the recent years many employees had to leave their job in the Company and this gave a slightly bad light to the company, in general. The decisions taken on who to keep onboard have not always been taken wisely causing, sometimes, very negative impacts on ongoing activities. While in the past (until 2015) the Company was very attentive to people as individuals, afterwards it became considering people more as numbers for the sake of the head count reduction. This was a big disappointment especially for the "old" employees
