Get in touch with interesting technologies and the possibility to work on leading market products and complex systems. Development is team-centric and work-life balance is taken seriously by management. Friendly environment at the workplace. Transparency and communication are encouraged within the company.

Svantaggi

It takes too long to get rolling, specially due to following a traditional process, just calling things different. Development process is still waterfall-like, in the middle of a change process, but unsuccessfully trying to make a smooth non-disruptive transition. Too much focus on process and roles and few on getting things done.
