The working climate is very cool, with people being very open and helpful since you arrive. They make sure that you have everything that you need. You can talk to anyone and they listen, so that's pretty cool too. The main advantages besides how they treat you that I see are the remote working and the international travels. Also, they really care about your career future and that you achieve your goals!

The main disadvantage that I see is that as a startup, everything is very fast. I like this rythm but I guess that it is something not everybody enjoys.
