Amazing peers and coworkers. Most people who work here are highly motivated and willing to help each other out. Day-to-day work has more flexibility than most office jobs. Depending on the time of year, there is an effort to keep workloads more manageable than other agencies.

As E&S has implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System the divide between executives/directors and everyone else has grown tremendously. While we do programming on DEI, the ideals of EOS seem to be taking away from that work. In the last year, mentorship opportunities and access has gone out the window and hierarchal leadership has grown. As a whole, the leadership team is not as approachable as they once were and they seem unwilling to look at their own shortcomings and growth areas.

A pioneer in work/life balance, flexible time and employee support, the culture is thoughtful and regularly tended to. The executive leadership team sets a positive example in all respects, fostering an environment of support and growth. Ervin & Smith provides an opportunity to not only grow in one's skillset, but as a human overall. One of my greatest take-aways as an employee of nearly a decade is a growth mindset that serves me both in my next roles and at home. It was truly a joy being part of such an awesome team for so long!
