Got to go to fun spot in SF & meet kind clients The other emcee in my training who also works for the virtual team was genuine and nice

Two people in leadership on the virtual team were condescending & rude in the group chat to me on my first day, putting me on blast without taking any accountability for their mistakes Pressure to lie to clients about how long I’d been working there (what’s up with that?) Lack of clarity on photographer part of role Lack of support when asking reasonable location questions & treated dismissively in front of others on group chat Training via zoom went long and was repetitive and could easily be 60% shorter and cover more important information Cheesy script that screams AI Too many text & email check-ins & reminders leading up to event Virtual team gets dysregulated and panicked like chickens with their heads cut off So much more stressful than a glorified scavenger hunt should be
