During the Covid-19 pandemic, the management provides safety protocol, and monitors the health of its employees, they extend whatever help they can provide.

      Not for emotionally weak individuals. When working here, you need to be strong both mentally and emotionally. This is a fast-paced company, and if you cannot cope up, you'll find it difficult to stay. But this is part of the challenge. not really a 'con'.

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
