Bare minimum is good enough as long as it motivates employees for the current quarter. Motivation is GOOGLED and its fake. No sincerity in its actions. PROCESS is everything as long as bowlers are filled. Nobody cares about what people are saying or doing, as long its done on time and keeps everything green and no rules are broken.
