Truly the best group of people I had the pleasure of working with. I loved what I did and would work for them again in a heartbeat.

After the merge with EFG - communication crumbled, leadership declined and employees happiness/life balance dropped drastically.

EE has an incredible group of employees. Almost everyone you will work with on projects is talented, friendly and knowledgeable in esports. They use some of the best gear available and work with some of the biggest names in the space.

Unfortunately, once you get above middle management, the leadership essentially stops understanding the industry and focus shifts to short sighted profits and maintaining toxic relationships with big-name bully brands. Saving the client money by abusing yourself and your colleagues, became par for the course. Robbing Peter to pay Paul. This is what happens when you have a company buy a company and then another company buys them. The executives at the top are running an investment, not a business they actually care about maintaining or know anything about. I was part of two mergers at this company and both times, leadership seemed to get further away from a basic understanding of what the company does well. Just one person's opinion but there is no question that the culture at EE has taken a huge step back in the past few years.
