      Great experience Since it's Cisco experience.

      Awful management Low income, and pretty suspicious if we actually receive our full salary or not that a TAC engineer really deserves. I think 2 years of experience for 550 JD is not reasonable. No appreciation.

      Estarta is no longer a place of work, it's like my second home. The environment is very friendly, the people are kind and supportive, the career path is clear and progressive. Management is very caring and professional. Job security is what makes Estarta special.

      It's very hard to leave Estarta when you get attached to it and to the people there.
