Good working atmosphere, however slow decision making, no long-term vision for the projects, or how to keep employees faithful and in the company. Shady behavior, don't expect a salary increase if you get promoted which is by itself disrespectful. Take it or leave it mentality. Organization issues even after 1 year. No bonus for everyone, no salary raise discussion and small space. It appeared to be better than the competition when the company opened, but now it's no better.
