CEO is great. He presents as someone who really wants to grow his company.

The person they hired to lead the client partners is unequipped to build a long term sales team. They are very shortsighted in their understanding of how long it takes to bring in new logos with no tools, no name recognition and no internal support. They have hired and fired a multitude of really talented sales people with strong backgrounds and business relationships. It is such a bad business plan to continually hire good people without the understanding of how long it takes to bring new business into an unknown entity. I gave up a good position to join Estuate and I was the only person who had viable opportunities at the time but was let go before I had a chance to bring them to close. I hear that the CRO tried to take them over after I was fired and he lost the deals.
