I knew something was off from the start. Recruitment person was brutal absolutely brutal. I usually give allowances for juniors but she was beyond it. Slow at responding, organising just slow in general and was clear that she should not be put in front of perspective candidates. Did not seem to understand that first impressions count very poor. The mangers do not have enough knowledge to be team leads. Major underperformed across the board. If you put a female recruiter with little people skills in front of people with experience who are in demand then that is enough of a red flag.
