- 2 day WFH per week - Flexible work schedule - Can sit anywhere you like - be it in a quiet room, or on the sofa to do your work.

- You have weekly sprint meetings where you have to complete all your tasks before the next sprint. A lot of work piles up. On top of them, you have other meetings as well. This means you probably have less than 5 days to complete your tasks (but if you want to be precise, I'd say less than 4 days). Try your best to squeeze everything together. - New ideas can suddenly be thrown in when you are halfway through the week and are still expected to complete them before the next sprint.

- Colleagues are friendly and most are skilled at their work - Freedom to work without direction (might be a con to some) - Leave days are very flexible/usually approved - Opportunities to try new tech

- Frighteningly high burnout and turnover rate - Misguided, self-contradictory founders who are easily misled by trends and 3-minute reads on LinkedIn - Lack of vision as a company - Shamefully low pay compared to other crypto/tech companies - Employees are pressured to perform other duties outside of their role with no added benefits, might even end up working as a different role - Interns have to do senior-level work due to the company not wanting to hire the right people
