Good company to have a startup in your career due to diversity in role&responsibility; however this is dependent on having a mentor. Opportunity to have more insight in the stakeholders activities just to understand the impact of your work and possibility to influence processes or ways of working.

Salaries are below the pharma industry median level. Very small % given on annual reviews (if it happens) Very basic benefits package Never getting the contractual bonus; you are lucky to actually get something Resistance to change - Very catastrophic for regulatory, especially when their field is going through a lot Poor systems or actually no systems used at all (they might rely on an Excel to track the product details) Missing deadlines - renewals or sunset clause exception No clear communication between regulatory, quality and commercial when it come to product discontinuation Poorly written SOPs No accountability from management and blame culture No clear direction from management and they play a very interesting disappearing act No transparency and collaboration within the regulatory department-everyman to himself Keeping things "hidden" and quietly sort out problems without clear communication with stakeholders Products have no dossiers, it is just a mess, especially after the cyber attack, as regulatory department lost a lot of data Lack of integrity when it comes to communication with agencies Workload not balanced between team members, some are reaching their burning out point while others are playing candy crush games Overall "Ethypharm ways of working" and "it is what it is" No training offered for junior staff or any team members in general. No development plans being considered
