- Hire developer and make them work on everything like testing, support, hardware support but codding. - Lot of polotics - Obvious trend of hiring and promoting people with the same religious affiliation - Extremely slow and hard to use end-user products - Micro-management / inability to let others make decisions - Creativity and innovation is neither encouraged nor nurtured - Outdated software, code-base, and engineering best-practices - Convoluted bonus structure / no annual salary bonus
