The biggest advantage is that the company pays on time and provides steady work to help pay the bills. The benefits aren't great, but they're better than having none.

Career growth opportunities are limited, and there is no real mentorship or support for professional development. Management, including the CEO, makes promises about growth and opportunities, but there is little action to back up those words.

-No additional compensation for being a hybrid worker versus a remote worker. This is incredibly disheartening with the current gas crisis and also the amount of time it takes to commute in ATL. -It really depends who your direct supervisor is on what type of experience you have. Some are more understanding than others, but that occurs everywhere. -HOTDESKING. They did not prepare the office for the amount of people they are hiring. Instead, they took away our personal desks and implemented hot desks. We are not allowed to keep stuff in filing cabinets or on our desks unless we are of a certain tier. This creates an Us vs. Them mentality and makes the lower-level workers feel disposable. It is incredibly frustrating to have to reset up your station every day you come in and some days be left without a desk. -Even if you aren't in sales, the amount of bonus you get is based off sales. You also lose money, as you see sales people attending fancy kickoffs with tons of swag, not hitting marks, and then costing you money. -Claims transparency, but only Canadian job postings display the salary. Shows that transparency only occurs when mandated.
