Long hours, toxic corporate culture filled with bullying and wrongful sacks. People gossip and say things about each other a lot. The company does not put an emphasis on creating a healthy, humane corporate culture, nor do they care about junior employees at all. All of the internal company events that you see on social media are no more than an effort to promote Ian's public appearance.

Your experience depends on team Higher management creates policies without consulting employees There are alot of favorites (ppl who have worked w firm for 10+ years) and then others who stay 2 years or less. Not much in between, basically you fit into the culture or you don’t Doesn’t value diversity, lots of white men w big egos Career progression is limited in many roles/teams
