Thank you for your review. It can definitely be a challenge to hire and grow a great team and in a small group it just takes one or two bad apples to make it miserable for all. Great location (office overlooking the bay), most admin employees have either their private office space, or shared floor. Good benefits, with 401k. If you adamantly prove yourself (suck up) to CEO, you'll have a good standing at the company for awhile.

Arrogant CEO barks orders and loses temper frequently, most employees are either intimidated or actually afraid of him and therefore doesn't speak their opinions. The CEO has an opinion of every matter and prides himself on being the expert in almost every department, and many department leaders feel like they get trampled on by the CEO. The growth of the company is completely dependent on marketing at trade shows, and the product. The product is good, but the company culture is terrible. 1-6 month employee turnover rate. "Prettier" women tend to have higher positions, despite their experience/attitude.

Thank you for your feedback. We've definitively been in a rebuilding phase after a rough patch. We are fortunate to have a number of prior employees rejoin us. We're putting in place a better management structure, communications, employee benefits and hiring to bring back the great culture of team work that EuroStyle's success was built upon.
